What Makes Us Unique

What makes us special?  Multiple large envelope, 6 and 8 spindle, 3-axis, hard metal machines that have been upgraded to utilize current technologies:

                  New controllers which provide full 3-axis CNC capabilities
                  New KM tool holding systems
                  New spindles with through spindle coolant
                  New or rebuilt X, Y and Z ball screws
                  New high volume coolant systems
                  New chip removal systems
                  New 50 horse motors that generate over 3500 ft lbs of torque

These machines take full advantage of new cutter technologies while removing large amounts of material quickly on 6 to 8 parts all at once (over 30 cubic inches per minute of hard metal removed on parts that are up to 15 feet long on some fully retrofitted machines). 

Search the world over and you will not find any other company that has as many of these machines and very few, if any, will be technologically retrofitted to the extent that our machines have been retrofitted.  Multiple large envelope, 3 spindle, 5-axis hard metal gantry machines.  These 5-axis machines allow us to efficiently finish machine very large, hard metal parts 3 at a time. 

The ability to rough machine very large, hard metal parts 6 to 8 all at once, coupled with our ability to finish machine 3 parts all at once in a 5-axis mode creates a very unique differentiator for us. There are very few other companies in the world that have this capability (possibly none that have spent the time and money to perform full technological upgrades). 

The benefit to our customers is lower costs.  The longer the run time on one of our multi-spindle machines, the more savings we can provide to our customer.  Our unique machinery mix has positioned us as a major player in the machining of large, hard metal parts with customers around the globe.
