Primary job responsibilities - Determines basic objectives of PMW's organization; formulate plans and policies and allocates resources for the achievement of these objectives. Directs and assists Senior Leadership Team in formulation and execution of strategic initiatives of the company. Responsible for the profitability of the entire organization. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions. Directs and cobrdinates formulation of financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations to maximize returns on investment, and to increase productivity. Evaluate performance of Senior Executives for compliance with established objectives of PMW and contribution in attaining objectives.
