Dave Pawul - Quality Assurance Manager

Dave brings 30 years of manufacturing experience to PMW. Starting in 1977, Dave ran profile lathes at Alva Industries and performed electro-mechanical assembly for Teledyne Rotolight, both in New Jersey. Dave relocated to Southern California in 1979, became involved in Quality Assurance, and worked in the electronics and personal computer industry until moving to the Northwest in 1985, where he worked for some small machine shops along with three years in the medical device field for Quinton Industries, before joining PMW in early 1990 as a CMM programmer / dimensional inspector. Dave has since held the positions of program manager, for Boeing emergent off-load and production control scheduler, before coming back to quality assurance in 1997 as a quality engineer until taking the position of Q.A. Manager in 2005.

Dave is married and has two grown sons and two grandchildren. He enjoys outdoor sports, including boating, fishing, hunting, and trying to golf. He also has a small gun collection and is interested in ballistics.
